Hazina Housing Cooperative Society Ltd is open to both members and non-members but members will get land at lower prices.
Hazina Housing Cooperative Society Ltd being an affiliate to the Hazina SACCO gives the SACCO members the first priority when an opportunity arises.
Financing is done through Hazina SACCO through member loans only to members of the SACCO.

- Registration fee is Kshs.2000 once off while and no monthly contribution unless one is saving for future projects.
Membership is voluntary but when one wishes to cease
- being a member of the Hazina Housing Cooperative Society Ltd, all of his/her savings are refundable to him/her. This excludes the entrance fee and the share capital. The share capital is transferable to the next of kin or can be sold off to any member joining Hazina Housing Cooperative Society Ltd.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
There are currently two running projects i.e Hazina Gardens – Kangundo Phase III and Hazina Gardens – Joska. We usually communicate through this website and other social media platforms whenever we have a new project.
Hazina housing is a registered Co-operative society under the ministry of Cooperatives as per the Society Act guidelines. It is fully owned by Hazina Housing Cooperative Society Ltd members.

- Sign the sale agreement
- Complete payment
- Process Title transfer.
