Hazina Gardens – Lukenya Phase I

Lukenya Phase I done in 2016, 70 acres in behind daystar university .They were subdivided into 125 plots of 50*100 (1/8) going for Kshs 875,000.The plots have been sold out and titles issued. The project is now under Lukenya Gardens Committee.
